Laguda Travel provides an online travel search and comparison platform. We do not sell, issue, or manage tickets, hotel reservations, or other travel services directly.

All bookings made through our Platform are completed directly with third-party airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or service providers (“Travel Providers”). Therefore, all refunds, cancellations, changes, and related requests are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Travel Provider.


2. Refund Policy

Laguda Travel does not process refunds and cannot issue refunds for any bookings made through third-party providers.

Refund eligibility, refund amounts, processing time, and payment methods depend entirely on:

  • The Travel Provider’s refund policy

  • The fare rules or booking conditions

  • The timing of the cancellation request

Some bookings may be non-refundable or may include cancellation fees.

To request a refund, you must contact the Travel Provider directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.


3. Cancellation Policy

Laguda Travel cannot cancel bookings on behalf of users.

If you wish to cancel a booking, you must:

  1. Review the cancellation policy of the Travel Provider

  2. Contact the Travel Provider directly

  3. Follow their cancellation process

Cancellation fees, penalties, or loss of payment may apply depending on the provider and fare type.


4. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to bookings (such as date changes, name corrections, or itinerary modifications) must be handled directly with the Travel Provider.

Laguda Travel is not responsible for:

  • Change fees charged by providers

  • Availability of alternative options

  • Errors made during booking modifications


5. Delays, Disruptions, and Force Majeure

Laguda Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by:

  • Airlines

  • Hotels

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical or operational issues of Travel Providers

Compensation or refunds, if applicable, are subject solely to the Travel Provider’s policies and applicable laws.


6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or encountered a payment issue, you should first contact the Travel Provider.

Laguda Travel does not have access to payment processing systems used by third-party providers and cannot intervene in payment disputes.


7. No Guarantee of Refund

Using our Platform does not guarantee that you are entitled to a refund or cancellation without penalty. Each booking is subject to its own specific rules.
